Covid 19 Guidelines for clients visiting our offices

  • All clients and visitors must wear a face mask before gaining entry to the building. Visitors without a face mask will warrant not be allowed entry onto the premises.
  • Upon gaining entry to the building, clients and visitors must use the hand sanitiser provided.
  • Clients are required to call and make an appointment before meeting with any RPL staff member. No impromptu meetings would be allowed.
  • No more than two visitors at any time would be given access to the office.
  • Visitors will be asked to provide information for a contact log which will be used to ensure that there is a record of all entries to support contract tracing if required.
  • No children are allowed in our offices.
  • Any visitor displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed entry in our offices.
  • Entry would be denied to all visitors failing to comply with the above requirements.

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The client would be allowed to have someone accompany them to the inspection. This is called the “client’s party” and is limited to two (2) persons inclusive of the client.
  • The client’s party and Valuer must properly wear a face mask throughout the inspection of the property.
  • For buildings, all internal doors and cupboards must be opened prior to arrival.
  • Any occupiers must vacate the property or isolate themselves in a room for duration of the inspection in order to minimise contact.
  • Social distancing will be enforced – the Valuer will remain 6 feet away from the client’s party at all times.
  • Where possible or requested by the client, the Valuer will use soap and water provided by the client to properly wash their hands upon arrival.
  • If no soap and water is available to wash hands, the Valuer will use hand sanitiser upon arrival at the property.
  • No documents will be accepted during inspection.
  • Upon completion of the inspection all equipment used will be sanitised and stored and another application of hand sanitiser will be used.

We reserve the right to abort and reschedule an appointment if anyone in the client’s party or any occupier displays symptoms of COVID-19 or under quarantine.

As our firm moves to reopening in Phase Three of the removal of the official lockdown restrictions, we anticipate reopening for business on Monday 8th June 2020.

We are therefore pleased to invite our clients to make online requests via this website so that we can deal with those upon reopening.

We trust that our clients and stakeholders have remained safe during this lockdown period as we now work to continue our good working relationships.

Despite the reduction in the detection and reporting of new COVID-19 cases in Trinidad and Tobago as of 1st June 2020, we must continue to take precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, clients and community as the World Health Organisation has not declared the current global pandemic over. In this regard, Raymond & Pierre Limited will be applying health and safety measures for the foreseeable future:
