- Two (2) forms of valid photo identification
- Utility Bill (WASA, T&TEC, telephone landline) or bank statement for proof of your mailing address. This must be less than 3 months old.
Fees are calculated at a rate of 1/3 of 1% of the first million of market value and thereafter at a rate of 1/4 of 1% plus VAT. For example, the cost of valuations with market values of TT$1M and TT$1.5 would cost TT$3,333.33 and TT$4,583.33 plus VAT

Once all documents, requirements and access are provided delivery would be within 10 working days. However, for rural and commercial valuations, this would be 15 working days.
