REFUND CONDITIONS

For a 100% REFUND, we must be satisfied that:

You have terminated our engagement in writing within 3 days of the date of the deposit; AND

No inspection was conducted

For a 50% REFUND, we must be satisfied that:

You have terminated our engagement in writing after 3 working days of the date of the deposit but less than 2 months; AND

No inspection was conducted

There would be NO REFUND in the following circumstances:

You have terminated our engagement in writing after 2 months of the date of the deposit;

You have terminated our engagement in writing after an inspection was conducted;

TIME-FRAME FOR REFUND

Refunds shall be processed and credited to the clients account within 10 working days from the date of termination of our agreement.

METHOD OF REFUND

Refunds shall be applied electronically as a credit to your credit card in the amount deposited
