Mr Brian Singh – Senior Valuer

Mr. Singh joined the firm in August, 2000 and was subsequently appointed to the position of Valuer 1 with effect from 2nd January, 2002. Brian has since gained considerable experience in the field of property valuations and has been promoted to Senior Valuer with effect from 1st June 2023. His responsibilities include reviewing residential valuations in North Trinidad and technical training.

Mr Sherwin Harding-Sam – Valuer 1

Mr. Harding-Sam joined the firm in March, 2011 and was subsequently appointed to the position of Valuer 1 with effect from 2nd November, 2015. Sherwin has since gained considerable experience in the field of property valuations.

Kerrie Holder

Ms Kerrie Ann Holder – Valuer 1

Ms. Holder joined the firm in April, 2018 in the position of Valuer 1. Prior to joining Raymond & Pierre Ltd, Kerrie worked at the Land Settlement Agency as a Social Surveyor and at the University of the West Indies as a Project Assistant.

David James

Mr David James – Valuer 1

Mr. James joined the firm in the capacity of Trainee Valuer in March, 2017, and was subsequently confirmed in the position of Valuer 1 on 1st March, 2018. David qualified as a full member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago (ISTT) in June 2020. It is noteworthy that Mr. James has ascended to a prominent position within the ISTT, currently serving as a valuable member of the Board of Directors.

Ms Radica Gowrie – Valuer 2

Ms. Gowrie joined the firm in October 1997 and was subsequently appointed to the position of Valuer 1 with effect from 1st July 2005. Radica has since gained considerable experience in the field of property valuations and was promoted to Valuer 2 with effect from 1st January 2020.

Gerard is a Real Estate Professional, who offers his services to the firm as an Independent Contractor. He has excelled in sales over his 30+ years experience in the industry, and has an extensive network of professionals that extend beyond the real estate industry.

Both a proprietor and contractor of residential and commercial lettings, his contracting knowledge adds to his expertise and ability to provide solid advice on structural integrity of both homes and commercial properties.

Mr. Ross Darlington – Senior Valuer

Mr. Darlington joind the firm in February 2024 in the position of Senior Valuer assigned to our Port of Spain Office. Prior to joining Raymond & Pierre Ltd., Ross worked both locally, as a Valuer at Terra Caribbean and abroad at Turner, Drake & Partners Ltd. as a Senior Valuation Consultant.
Ross qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in December 2020 and is also a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago (ISTT).
