Mr Afra Raymond
Managing Director (Head Office)

Afra Raymond qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. Afra joined the firm in 1995 as an Associate and became a partner in 1996, he now heads the firm’s Real Estate and Special Projects Department and is also responsible for the Management of our Head Office.

Afra serves on the Board of Directors of the Trinidad Building and Loan Association and is also a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute.

He also served on a number of Boards in various positions including Executive Member of the Federation of Black Housing Organizations (FBHO) in London, Director of EPL Properties Limited (EPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern Credit Union (ECU).

Afra is past-President of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad & Tobago (2009-2010) and Immediate past-President of the Joint Consultative Council for the Construction Industry (JCC), having served between December 2010 and November 2015.

Mr. Ian Braithwaite

Ian Braithwaite joined the firm in 1987, becoming a partner in 1993. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and now heads the Valuation Department at the firms Head Office as well as manages our Chaguanas Business Unit.

Mr Neil Romany
Director (Port-of-Spain Business Unit)

Neil Romany joined the firm in 1986 and has gained more than 15 years experience in the field of property valuations. He served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Romany qualified as a chartered surveyor in June 2020. Neil was appointed an Associate Director on 1st April, 2006 and manages our Port-of-Spain Business Unit.

Mr Abraham Derry
Associate Director (San Fernando Business Unit)

Abraham Derry joined the firm in 2012 and has gained considerable experience in the field of property valuations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Derry qualified as a chartered surveyor in June 2020. Abraham was appointed an Associate Director on 1st December 2017 and manages our San Fernando Business Unit.
